The New York Daily News has a preview of a rock auction featuring names like Elton and Michael Jackson.

In the case of the latter, a series of eight pencil sketches of Jackson, drawn by the performer himself, will be offered.

All told, there are 1,239 other items as well, including an Apple Records dartboard given to the Rocket Man by John Lennon, starting at $2,500, and a 1968 steno notebook in which Bruce Springsteen wrote the lyrics to 19 songs he never recorded. Its price was $40,577.25.

Meanwhile, the minimum bid for a Stevie Wonder 1973 Grammy is $12,000, and a letter from Bob Dylan to Jerry Garcia costs over eight thousand bucks.

Alternatives for those on a tighter budget include a signed Keith Richards promotional coffee mug. The starting bid was $60.

Bids are being accepted through Saturday, 11 p.m. at
