An entertainment attorney who has assisted Elton is hosting a free workshop aimed at songwriters, recording and performing artists, record producers, personal managers and agents.
The purpose of the discussion is to teach the law and business of the music industry.
It will take place in the Cape Henry Room at the Virginia Beach Resort Hotel at 2800 Shore Drive on March 3 from 1-4 p.m. Seating is limited.
