Elton is planning an Out of the Closet-type venture for Brighton's Sussex Beacon HIV charity.
The rocker has agreed to put over 100 pairs of his shoes under the hammer next month, with prices ranging from £20 to £1,000.
What's more, both Elton and his partner are adding designer duds to the mix, including Prada and Chanel items.
The Beacon will hold an exclusive two-day sale in April at its recently opened store in George Street, Hove.
The charity's haul includes the aforementioned shoes, plus 38 jackets and 28 shirts.
Even more valuable items donated will be sold on eBay as the Beacon expects some items to raise thousands of pounds.
The clothes will go on sale on Friday, April 2, from 10.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday, April 3, between 9.30 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Folks should be aware, though, that the Beacon cannot guarantee that every item has been worn by Elton or David Furnish.
