Do The Hustle: New Soundtrack is Full of Old Pop Favourites
In advance of the release of American Hustle, the highly-anticipated new film from director David O. Russell, Madison Gate Records, the in-house record label of Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Legacy Recordings, the catalog division of Sony Music Entertainment, is releasing American Hustle - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, a collection of music from the film, as a worldwide digital album today.
The physical album will be released on Tuesday, December 24.
American Hustle - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack premieres Stream Of Stars, a previously-unreleased song from the legendary Jeff Lynne and brings together an array of evocative 70s classics.
These include Elton's Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, Wings' Live And Let Die, Donna Summer's I Feel Love, and the Bee Gees' How Can You Mend A Broken Heart.
For the film, the music was overseen by Music Supervisor Susan Jacobs.
