Elton, Paul McCartney, and Simon Cowell are among those that have been named in this year's list of the richest people in music in the UK and Ireland with astonishing fortunes.
Charting as the highest musician on the Sunday Times' Rich List is McCartney, who boasts a £710 million fortune. U2 comes in at number six with £428 million.
Topping the list is Warner Music Group owner Len Blavatnik whose bank balance is estimated to be around $10 billion (although his wealth has decreased by $1 billion in the last year).
Second place goes to Zomba record label founder Clive Calder, who has raked in a whopping £1.4 billion during his career with his fortune boosted by a £50 million income from the last year.
Elton is further down the listing, making #10.
