Next month, the Attleboro Arts Museum in Massachusetts will present a first-ever exhibit of objects and artifacts representing the career of musician, composer, conductor and city native Ray Conniff. Highlights, according to the Sun Chronicle, include letters to Ray from Elton, Walt Disney, and Neil Armstrong.
"A Backstage Tour -- Ray Conniff Memorabilia and Memories" will run from Feb. 15-22 at the downtown museum. An opening reception is set for 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, February 16, and it will be free and open to all.
Also going on display are the music-maker's trombone; ten gold albums; and vintage concert costumes.
