Tomorrow at 6 p.m., Christie’s at 20 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City will host an evening with Bob Mackie, according to the November 15, 2005 Times.

He’s expected to discuss his designs for Elton, Carol Burnett and other stars, and will take questions from the audience.

In addition, there will be a preview of the items from his private archives to be auctioned off Tuesday, November 22, at 2:00 p.m. As previously noted at this Web site, this includes one of Elton’s outfits–a metallic dressing gown. There’s also a silver quilted wrap coat and hat which comes with an aqua and silver jumpsuit and silver platform crystal pave heeled boots, worn when the musician appeared on Cher‘s TV programme in 1975.
