In the aftermath of the sudden passing of Mary Wilson last month, comes word that an expanded version of the singer’s 1979 self-titled debut album will be released on April 16. Mary Wilson: Expanded Edition, which contains the original seven songs, also has a number of bonus cuts–some of them with Elton’s late producer, Gus Dudgeon.

”Expanded Edition” features four tracks the former member of the Supremes recorded with Dudgeon in 1980. Only You Dance My Heart Around the Stars has been previously available.
The others are Love Talk, Save Me, and John Fogerty‘s Green River.
Gus, who died in a car accident with his wife Sheila in 2002, produced albums such as Madman Across The Water, Honky Chateau, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, and Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy.
