Rock fans are invited to join Julien’s as they celebrate the history of Rock ‘n Roll on December 6th and 7th, with a remarkable auction in Beverly Hills.

This auction contains memorabilia from the personal and professional careers of a wide spectrum of artists. These include a scarlet red Versace suit owned by Elton;  Jerry Garcia’s electric guitar; a Michael Jackson drawing; Elvis Presley’s blue suede shoes, and Jimi Hendrix’s stage-worn embroidered vest.

There will be plenty of handwritten lyrics at the Icons & Idols: Rock ‘n Roll event. Among them are the words from Bob Dylan’s Tambourine Man, and annotated lyrics from Stevie Nicks.

Lovers of music and art will be interested in the archival collection of items from creatives known for their connection to the 1960s San Francisco music scene, including Stanley Mouse. There’s even an item connected to pop artist Andy Warhol: a pair of his denim jeans is on the market.

With over 750 lots from collectors all over the world, this sale is going to be one for the record books. The auction begins at 2:00 p.m. P.S.T. on December 6. Those who can’t attend are welcome to bid online.
