Last year, according to Contactmusic.com, Lulu complained that she didn't have much of a love life. She blamed Elton, who had invited her on an extensive tour.
Now, however, the 56-year-old has worried about getting her performance right. She compared it to disappointing family members, considering him to be like a big brother.
Another friend, Donatella Versace, has also patched things up with Elton. When the designer had a drug problem, she was ''afraid to see him because he knew the reality.''
Donatella got clean at an Arizona rehab clinic--after Elton and others close to her staged an intervention in June of 2004.
