As previously reported on this Web site, AARP's National Event, Life @ 50+, will be held in Anaheim, California, October 26-28, 2006 at the city's Convention Center.
The event is designed to help members, their family and guests, as well as potential members explore ways to make the most of their lives. So AARP will be offering exciting entertainment, fitness activities, and celebrity speakers. It will also publicly showcase member offerings on health, personal finance, advocacy, travel/entertainment, and community service. The goal is to provide an arena in which attendees can celebrate who they are - to reinforce their current interests and also discover new ones.
Hundreds of exhibits will provide valuable information and tools to help members and guests - from boomers to centenarians - live the life they want to lead.
The entry fee is $15 for members and $27.50 for nonmembers.
