Caesars Palace acts Shania Twain and Sir Elton got together after the latter's Friday night Million Dollar Piano performance. Shania later tweeted it was her favourite ''first moment in The Colosseum in Vegas!'' She added:''A genuine welcome hug from music hero Elton John backstage in 'our' dressing room.
