Elton John World News: Cold as Christmas as Elton & Billy take San Antonio

Braving the cold temperatures Elton asked duet performer Billy Joel to "Blow Billy, Blow Billy", and he wasn't talking about seeking shelter and warmth from the weather!

Billy took to the harmonica during his performance of evergreen Piano Man at the SBC Center in San Antonio on February 26, 2003. Elton and Billy continued their wildly successful Face to Face Tour in the United States.
