The Oscars ceremony will go ahead on 23 March 2003 whether or not war in Iraq has broken out but it will reflect the world situation, organisers have said.
Wednesday morning, in an exclusive interview with the "Today" show, Elton revealed his famous InStyle party will go on. He says, "The parties will still go on because people will want to celebrate. Obviously extra security cautions will be taken."
