Elton And Queen Collaboration to be Among Highlights of ''Platinum Collection''

On the 17th of January in 1997, Elton joined Queen's Brian May, John Deacon, and Roger Taylor to sing The Show Must Go On. 

The Ballet for Life performance in Paris was part of a project with choreographer Maurice Bejart. The idea was to create a ballet piece devoted to raising awareness of AIDS, which took the life of Queen's frontman, Freddie Mercury
The Show Must Go On will be part of Queen's The Platinum Collection, coming out on vinyl on the 17th of June. The compilation features all three of the band's Greatest Hits albums: Queen Greatest Hits, Queen Greatest Hits II and Queen Greatest Hits III
There are also collaborations with David Bowie, George Michael and Wyclef Jean
