Some new stops for the first UK tour of The Lion King for 2014 have been announced.

The establishments are in Plymouth, Bradford and Liverpool in 2014.

The show will play in Plymouth at the Theatre Royal from January 30 to March 15, 2014. Bradford will receive the musical next, where it will play at the Alhambra Theatre from March 20 through the 10th of May. The Lion King then visits the Liverpool Empire, where it will run from May 16 until July 5, 2014.

Tickets for all three venues are currently on sale.

The Lion King‘s 2-1/2 year British tour began at the Bristol Hippodrome in the summer of 2012, followed by stops in Manchester at the Palace Theatre, Dublin’s Bord Gais Energy Theatre, Birmingham’s Hippodrome, and the Edinburgh Playhouse (ending here on January 18, 2014). The Edinburgh engagement marked the first time The Lion King went to Scotland.
