As previously announced, the EJAF ‘s sponsors for its annual Oscar night gala include Chopard.
So besides therapeutic herbs from Vermont’s Naturopatch, attendees can expect Chopard offerings in their gift bags–as well as a chance to win one of the company’s watches.
As for the menu, reports Bizbash.com, it is being created by chef Renato Piccolotto of Cipriani with chef Wayne Elias of Crumble Catering and Marks Restaurant.
As usual, offerings at the viewing dinner and after-party will be vast. They are to include mozzarella and tomato salad; risotto; sautéed filet of beef with red wine and béarnaise sauces; creamy potato cake and braised carrots; salmon filet with a spring vegetables timbale; zucchini puree au gratin and white wine sauce; salmon and avocado tartare; sautéed jumbo shrimp with marsala; bruschetta; polenta spoons; lamb loin; and potato pancakes; a chocolate caramel bar and Clos du Bois wines.
